Contract Carrier Services and Logistics

By operating our own fleet of 13 trucks, Diversified's objective is to provide cost effective, service sensitive, transportation services for our customers which adds value to our products, enabling us to compete in a broader geographic market. DPC can utilize our fleet by also providing contract transportation services to other companies and transportation brokers.

Tool Shop

DPC has its own tool shop so it can produce high quality, inexpensive molding tools for its customers.  Our engineers design tools that will produce the best parts and last through years of production.  Through innovative engineering, we create tools that will allow the most parts per shot, keeping the piece pricing low.

Product Engineering

At DPC we are able to provide a vast array of product engineering in the following areas:

 Packaging - Our Packaging Design Department can take your product that needs protection, your criteria for your packing line requirements, carton size, shipping methods, budget costs, etc. and design a shape-molded foam pack that fulfills all your packaging needs.

Lost Foam - DPC is able to provide their Lost Foam Pattern foundry customers with complete engineering services that follows the process all the way from the foam pattern to the finished metal casting.

Automotive - DPC can help with the design of the automotive components they mold so that the part not only fulfills the needs of the automotive manufacturer, but so it also is as inexpensive as possible and can be molded in the highest quality with the closest tolerances possible.
